Representing Members: Dealing with a Grievance Case





This 2 day course is based on a single case study and utilises filmed extracts of the case as it unfolds. The course materials cover the entire process of dealing with a grievance, from the initial confirmation of a case, case research, to dealing with the issues that arise in the grievance hearing. The case study incorporates equalities issues. Ideal for stewards who want to improve their representational skills, and for ERA certified representatives who want refresher training.

It is advisable that new representatives attend the Handling Grievance and Disciplinary Casework course before applying for this course.
