Advanced Negotiating Skills





This 3 day course spends the first day concentrating on examining the process of negotiating and identifying the aspects of good negotiating practice. The second and third day use a case study and role play to build key negotiating skills: preparing a claim, presenting a claim, negotiating in a team, making agreements.

Applicants should have completed either the TUC Stage 1 course or the Organising Steward, and the Representing Members short courses before applying for this course.

Please note that branches will be charged a fee of £15 per delegate per day.
