A Successful Day at Birmingham Women’s Hospital The event at the Birmingham Women's Hospital had a number of stalls which included: "Fun with Maths" run by Joanna Cain National Head of UNISON's Learning & Organising Services. Jo did an activity around times tables with a group of 10 people. The group found the activity enjoyable & there was lots of laughter which was captured by the crew making a film record of this event for the Region.

Other stalls at the event were Zumba, Flower Arranging, a Choir, Bournville College Adult Education Service, Knitting, Hand Massage. It wasn't packed out but there was a steady flow during the event and the Chief Executive came along too. Lots of UNISON learning information was given out.

Hospital staff and members who attended seemed to enjoy the event and said they didn't realise UNISON had so many learning opportunities and benefits.
